Enjoyable
5/5 Property is as pictured. Furnishing, beds and appliances were all great. Two suggestions would be do look up when cleaning…cobwebs, spiders and other dead bugs on and around the window seals, ceiling and chandelier. Need to dust the fans. Others suggestion is to have a rubber bath mat in the showers…very slick. Otherwise everything was excellent! Thank you!

Peaceful and the perfect getaway from the city
5/5 The house was so clean! We were very impressed by the decor and furniture. The home had everything we needed… from cooking, relaxing outside, and making our lattes.
The homes perfectly tucked away. It’s right on the water. Not too far from Bentonville city life and eureka springs.
My family and I can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful House on Crystal Clear Beaver Lake
5/5 What an absolutely beautifully remodeled lake house with every amity! Great location just outside Eureka Springs. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Being dog friendly was an extra bonus. We stayed over spring break so didn’t get to enjoy to water every much. The trek down to the dock was slightly arduous but the water was so clear you can see the bottom. Clear enough to see that there were no fish coming close to your hook. Had a great time overall and would love to return. Highly recommend.

Nov 2023 weekend stay
4/5 House is absolutely fantastic. We had planned to have 6 adults but only ended up with 4 of us. Wouldn't have been a problem if we had 8!
Used more of the amenities (aka kitchen) than we normally do because the restaurants aren't far but the drive seems longer than it really is. Oven and pellet grill worked well. Bring your own wire brush for the grill and extra kitchen towels. We couldn't find either. Also pack some extra paper towels.
Only complaint was that the Internet access did not work so there was no college football for us on Saturday. :-(
Tried to message the host for a late checkout before we arrived and about the Internet access but got no response. Probably should have called instead of relying on VRBO messaging.
