Comfy and Good Value
5/5 Clean and easy. Good location. Only problem related to tv setup - not enough channels not enough bandwidth to get to Freeview. We didn’t miss tv, but for families / kids could be a problem.

Oak Island weekend
5/5 As described. Quite neighborhood. Easy walk to beach for adults. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, recommend pre planning and bring good knife. House has everything needed for the stay. Fire pit a plus. Would have loved an outdoor shower or water source to rinse the sand before going into the house.

Last minute getaway
4/5 Decided to get out of the house over spring break. Rain expected at home and at the beach. This house was a great value for the amount of space. Location was great and communication was timely with detail.
Beautiful house!
5/5 Beautiful house! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a little difficulty with the combination one day but the property manager responded to us promptly. About a 15 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute drive and we found parking easily when we drove.
