Close to a friends wedding

Great location, house needs work
3/5 The location is perfect, easy access to the beach. The outside shower and large grass area is really nice. Be aware, this house needs work. The carpets have multiple large stains in every room. Multiple things in the house are broken and some things are falling off the walls. We arrived after dark it was pitch black and the key pad wouldn’t work. Thankfully the owner answered the phone to help me find a key. The full size bunk beds had twin sheet on them, doesn’t come close to staying on. We didn’t need that bed but still. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but we were disappointed in this house given the price we paid.

Great house, very clean
5/5 We stayed during tropical storm Ophelia, but since we were all together, we decided to keep our reservation. The house is about 5 houses down from the beach access. It is well appointed with everything you will need for a nice vacation.

Topsail Beach House
5/5 This beach house was perfect for our family. It was the easiest check in and out process. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beach was just right across the road with easy access. The only thing I wished was the porches had chairs for us to sit outside and beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Overall it was perfect! Will come back!!
