• A little disappointing

  It was a good location. Nice and quiet. It just wasn't very clean at all. I was super disappointed because it looked so cute and cozy online...but unfortunately lacked cleanliness in person. This is something that could easily be fixed though if addressed.

• Great place to stay

  The view on the patio was amazing. I loved watching the golfers play. Condo was in a great spot. The condo was also spacious and very accommodating.

• Not well-taken care of or clean. Smoker smell.

  You can tell that the previous owners were smokers. Our clothes and luggage smelled like smoke when we got home. There was trash and women’s underwear by the nightstand in the master when we arrived. The living room curtain bracket had been torn down and was just sitting on a broken bracket ready to fall. The plumbing fixtures did not work well, everything was original and old, but just painted over. Not impressed and not worth the money we paid. The manager was unresponsive or very delayed in responding and the company Evolve has ignored our concerns.

  We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We have not heard anything in the past about smokers and we do not allow smoking on the property and neither did the previous owner. The person who manages this property for us does not recall the interaction described below and is not indicative of other reviews we have received. She is unsure what happened in this instance but understands this is not a typical interaction. We wish you would have followed up with us the owners or with our local property manager to notify us of the issue as the Evolve support team instructed you to do. Without notifying us or the local team, we weren't able to act on your concern and resolve any issue promptly. We strive to make our property a cost-effective solution for families and we will continue to do all we can to provide the best possible stay for our guests!

• Quaint and Quiet

  This was a nice and quiet little place to spend a family vacation. It had enough room for 6 of us. It was close to a lot of sights and attractions in Branson. Would definitely go back for another stay.
