  • Great for GCU graduation

    While the location of this house is great, getting across multiple lanes of traffic to turn left was sometimes a challenge. Close to a Safeway, Starbucks, and a fantastic Mexican hole in the wall called Xolo. About 20 minutes away from the GCU campus and close to Costco and In-N-Out.

    The house itself was clean and had plenty of comfortable beds for us and our 6 kids. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee pods. Not a huge deal, but required us to take an early morning trip to Safeway to get some. The property backs to a golf course, which gave us good privacy in the back yard and was a nice view.

    Overall a great place to stay - highly recommended.

  • Excellent Home and Location

    This house was perfect for our short stay in Phoenix. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the home was even nicer than the pictures. The property owner put a lot of work into renovating the home and it shows! The house was clean (inside and out) and beds were comfy. Would definitely rent this home again! Thank you!

    This home is exactly what it says it is and more. Very comfortable beds and furniture, kitchen is well equipped. The outdoor space and pool was great. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again.

    We were so impressed by all of the extras our host provided: booster seat for the baby, family games, kids toys, cooking items, extra throw blankets, pool goggles, toys and towels. Very spacious and clean. We appreciate all of the unexpected goodies! So thankful for the attentiveness to these minor details.

  • It was a lovely home.

    I’m the beginning communication with evoke and Justin Flores was not great. Justin was not timely in his responses and unclear about direct questions. It was a great location, house was great, loved that everyday items were made availSpices, trash bags, toilet paper! We would have loved having shower soaps avail but all in all it was a great home!
