Nice place
5/5 We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and nice. It was easy to get to and very close to the Cotter access on the White. The wifi worked without issues even for streaming movies. We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Break Fishing Trip
5/5 The property is as good as advertised. It is located in a neighborhood in Cotter with easy access to the majority of the trout docks between Norfork and Bull Shoals. It is in a great location. The house is clean, and well equipped with cooking utensils, etc. The check in process is extremely easy as well. We will stay here again, or in one of the owner's adjacent properties. All are well maintained.

very nice place
5/5 I spent a few days in this property and have nothing but good memories. Open floor plan, nice kitchen, three bedrooms and bbq in the back. The home is well appointed and comfortable. Hosts were available for a couple of questions and extremely friendly and helpful.
