• Quiet Convenient Location

  Comfortable condo in Snowcrest. 5 minute walk to the slopes. The shuttle came often, making it easy to get to the village or to Silver Creek. The hot tubs were very nice, the building was outdated, but very quiet, even on a busy weekend. The building manager was very helpful and Manning was responsive to our minor issues. Elk River Rentals is very close and we had a positive experience renting equipment there.

  We had a wonderful time at Snowshoe! The condo was just right for our family of 4! It was away from the crowds, but we were able to hop on the shuttle to get anywhere we needed on the mountain. The only thing it lacked were some kitchen towels and/or paper towels and extra bath towels. So, I would suggest bringing some extra, especially if you want to enjoy the hot tub on site, which was delightful! There were plenty of extra blankets for cuddling up by the electric fireplace! Manny was supper helpful and quick to communicate when we had a cleaning issue. He took care of it immediately and I was very grateful for that. I definitely recommend this place.

• Many negative issues where experienced during our stay

  Listing claims to sleep 8 people, cannot realistically house more than 5 people. ◦ Broken pull out couch. This was listed to sleep 2 people, but was destroyed and unusable. This resulted in people sleeping on the cold floor. Photo provided. ◦ One of the provided air mattresses not holding air, must have a hole in it somewhere. ◦ No paper towels ◦ Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We have 7 people for 4 days, 3 nights. I would assume for such an expensive booking, they should be able to provide enough toilet paper. In case of a snowstorm, it would be difficult to go out and get some extra toilet paper. ◦ Not enough towels. Only 6 towels could be found in the booking. When we asked the guest contact for help with this, she was rude and unresponsive. ◦ Missing 3 sets of sheets after the listing claimed linens would be provided. We were forced to have guests sleep on an air mattress with no sheets. That was unsanitary considering COVID conditions. ◦ Mold present in master bathroom shower, on the liner. Photo provided. ◦ Used bandage in the pull out couch. Not sure if this was cleaned prior to our stay. Photo provided. ◦ Ceiling fan in guest room. Fan should have 5 blades, but only had 4. Unusable. Photo provided. ◦ Dirty cookware, multiple washes to get clean enough to use. ◦ Bar stools have exposed nails pointing up through the seat. Photo provided. Poked multiple guests in the legs/buttocks. This is unacceptable as one guest was close to drawing blood. Conditions in this vacation rental were absolutely terrible and unacceptable. In order to get help with this, I voiced my concerns to the guest contact I was provided, but we received unhelpful responses. Eventually our guest contact, stopped responding to us and we forced to deal with us ourselves. Please see screenshots of our conversation below.This resulted on us leaving early to find another, more comfortable alternative. This experience ruined my vacation with my guests

  This was our 3rd visit to Snowshoe in a year and our 1st time staying out of the village. Condo was great, beds were comfortable and we had a nice mountain view!

  There didn't seem to be AC or if so the breaker was off and we were unable to figure it out. The room was in great shape, along with the process of renting was quick and easy.
