  The property was within walking distance to Lake Michigan and the downtown area. We went to the Packer game, so it was within walking distance to the shuttle bus that takes you to the game. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

  The house itself was decently nice looking. A/C didn’t work and nobody would answer a phone call to come take a look. Only one window in the whole house had a screen so unless you wanted to have the place full of bugs that’s the only window to open. The bedding didn’t seem like it had been washed before our stay. The basement bed was completely covered in dog hair. One of the beds upstairs had a dried white substance on the blankets and sheets. I should have read the other reviews before I booked but everything else was to expensive or already booked up. Would not stay here again and would recommend anyone else just stay at a motel somewhere in town and not waste your money here.

  Where to begin with this house. When we arrived the house was 81 degrees and AC was broken. Tried calling the "local person" but they did not answer or return our calls so several hours later we called Evolve. They were extremely polite and helpful. They got ahold of the home owner but unfortunately nobody was coming to fix the AC until after we checked out and there were no fans anywhere in this house. There was also only one window in this whole property that had a screen on it. This window was the only one that we could open to help cool the house down without letting in all the bugs. Another problem was the refrigerator was partially broken. It kept all the stuff inside cool but when you tried getting ice or water out of the fridge, which it was hooked up to water, it would not dispense either.

We acknowledge that there might have been a hiccup in communication with our local contact regarding coverage, which we're addressing to ensure smoother coordination in such situations moving forward.
  -Additionally, we want to address the issue with the fridge's freezer settings. It has come to our attention that a previous guest tampered with these settings. We're actively investigating this matter to prevent any recurrence. We understand that the freezer breakdown resulted in some inconvenience, and in response, we promptly provided ice bags to mitigate the impact.
  -Lastly, we're fully aware of the missing window screens. These screens were inadvertently removed during remodeling work. Please rest assured that we're diligently working on re-installing them at the earliest possible. We understand the importance of these screens and aim to reinstate them to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
