5/5 We really recommend this house! Is very cozy and CLEAN! Our 1yo baby was delighted with the space where he could play freely. Lake and beach is so close so you can go to a very nice walk. We will be there for sure one more time!
5/5 Great house for relaxing and enjoying country living.. Large tv to enjoy a movie or sporting event on.. Furniture very comfortable Firepit on a cool evening was phenomenal. Eagles to observe andabundant deer.. Next trip grandkids come along..

Long Weekend Stay
5/5 This property has all of your basic necessities for an enjoyable stay near Petenwell. The house is not extravagant, but it’s a nice place to return to after being out on the lake or trails all day. We will definitely look to rent this place again on our next trip to the area.

Dirty, Moldy, and waaaaay Overpriced
1/5 This home was so dirty and moldy that we stayed only one night (out of necessity due to getting in late) of the 3 we had booked. The house was billed and priced as "nice lake area home" when in reality it is run down double wide (with additions) that had not been clean well and had active mold growing in multiple places. Everything from towels, sheets, beds, etc was done on the cheap. We are prolific VRBO and AirBnB renters and I've never left a negative public review on all the years of renting/staying, but this situation definitely calls for it. Evolve did advocate on our behalf and got back a bit of the fee but not as much as it should have been. I was happy to pay for the night stayed but should have been reimbursed for everything else. Not acceptable. I do take some responsibility due to violating my own rule and renting a place with no reviews! Shame on me and it won't happen again....

- Our home was inspected by the health department and county and fire department. We met all of the requirements for renting and we are proud to say there is absolutely no mold in the house! Our past guests that stayed in our home, have never mentioned this and have enjoyed their stay.
- Our most recent renovations in the home have been painting the closets and we also replaced the caulk around the tub and replaced the toilet.
We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve our home."
