Great stay for Christmas with my family!
5/5 We rented this house as a family of 5 adults and a dog to celebrate Christmas since my daughter who lives in Seattle could not get time off to come to us. It was a great house!! The kitchen was very well stocked for our holiday meals, the yard was perfect for our dog, the neighborhood was great for walks! We were not far from Costco, Trader Joes, grocery stores, and pharmacies and the drive into Seattle was quick and easy! But more than all of that, the communication with Erica, who was the property manager,(separate from Evolve) was fantastic!!! She knew the house in detail so could tell me the items in the kitchen and took the time to answer my many questions. And she made sure that the house was very clean on our arrival! Since we rented this house before there were any reviews, I was a little nervous, but she reassured me and we were not disappointed!! So, thank you, Erica, for helping us have a wonderful family Christmas in Seattle!! :)
