Very cozy, clean and ready for us upon arrival. Great location, with new delicious bakery a block away was perfect for coffee. Host was welcoming and helpful. We'll be back!

  • Comfortable, convenient, nicely refurbished

We stayed here a week while getting the hardwood floors in our own house refinished. We really appreciate that they welcomed our pup too, for a reasonable fee. This two bedroom house is nicely decorated (love their furnishings and art!), centrally located, and fairly well equipped for cooking. Beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is surprisingly quiet for being just off a main street. The only drawback was limited counter space to prepare food, and that space had to be shared with a dish rack (since there is no dishwasher) that was really too small and had nowhere to drain cutlery. We still managed fine, and overall we'd recommend this as a sweet place to stay in PA.

  • Cozy home, perfect

We planned a vacation to Olympic National Park , this house was located very close to the park and was so comfortable and had lovely personal touches throughout. I loved the large bathtub for relaxing after a long day of hiking. Our dogs were happy there too. Kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was so comfy as was the sofa in the living room. The owner went out of her way to make sure we felt at home...

  • Old house, convenient location, grimy kitchen floor and dirty bathroom floor

Old property, living room is updated but the kitchen and bathroom linoleum floors were so dirty that we bought Lysol wipes from a store to clean the floors. No washer and dryer so bring enough clothes. The bathroom mats were very dirty and probably not washed for a long time. Bring your indoor shoes to walk inside the house

    Manager's Response:

Response from owner: "Thank you for being our guest and we value your feedback. -Our house may have been constructed a long time ago but is well maintained and full of the pre-war architecture charm, including a very high ceiling, large windows and a beautiful oversized front porch. The house was recently re-designed and decorated by a very talented local designer to reflect the beauty of the Pacific Northwest in a modern look. We are happy and grateful that most of our guests liked it and left great reviews for us. But we also understand this may not match your taste.
-Our cleaning team usually does a great job, and we are sorry if they missed the par this time. We replace our floor mats regularly, but it might experience heavy usage recently.- We aim to provide our guests the best experience in exploring the Olympic Peninsula area consistently. We encourage our guests to contact our property manager if your experience feels anything less. We may miss something and may make mistakes, but we promise to our guests we will fix them ASAP if you let us know. We pride ourselves with responsive and effective communication before and during your stay with us. Again, thank you for your feedback to allow us an opportunity to improve and we do hope to host you again for a better experience in the future!"
