I had to book a last minute stay for a family funeral. Chuck was extremely accommodating! The location has a great view and is conveniently located across the street from a restaurant with great food!
Amazing views, quiet neighborhood, and right across the street from a little restaurant/bar. Also loved the running trail right nearby.

We were looking for a place that allowed for us to relax and wake up by the water. This was a perfect location. Everything was as pictured. I was traveling with my elderly parents and the only steps we had to navigate were three from the garage. Beautiful view of the water. There is a marina nearby, but we didn't use it. My parents loved that there was cable TV. I recommend the house. There is a restaurant across the street that we ate at a couple of times.
Inside of house was neat, clean and comfortable outside needs some TLC. Deck in need of good deep cleaning, cobwebs everywhere, to nails poking out of lumber. Front entrance was challenging with crumbling stone steps and uneveness. House sits right on road but is convenient (walking)to a good restuarant and great sunset viewing area with benches. Peaceful and pretty views from back deck but area not swim able. Nice, comfortable stay all in all just needs a little maintenance.
