    The price was right and it was clean and the owner was very responsive. It was advertised to have cornhole boards, but the owner had to round them up for us (which he did). It is understandable they were not readily available, because it was winter time. We had a little issue with the pump connected to the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, but the owner addressed. The climate control was a little challenging with the in-floor heat and thermostat being in the adjacent basement unit. We ended up opening the window to cool off and actually slept with it open which helped with the constant musty basement smell.
