Great location and very comfortabel stay. Had all the details you need for great beach weekend exploring the area. Very close to town. Near a stream with outside games to play. The place comes with a washer and dryer super useful for towels etc. Lots of personal touches like coffee, brochures, soaps, extra towels. I would stay here again

This home is in a very peaceful area. You can sit on the back deck and just relax and watch all the wild bunnies playing. We were able to be right between Chincoteague and Cape Charles. Close to grocery stores. Home is cozy and very clean. Would definitely stay again.
The house itself was as advertised. If it was super hot air conditioning would have had trouble keeping up but as it was a cooler than usual June, it was fine fire pit in the back was nice, but there are a lot of mosquitoes as you would expect on the eastern shore Only one bathroom, but that was as advertised very quiet and nice neighborhood. The only trouble I had is making my second payment I wanted to change credit cards and there was no real way to go in and make a payment. It was automated from the start and I could not get a hold of anyone to figure out how to do it through evolve as it was set up with a separate company than Vrbo other than that we had no stags and check in and check out. We’re super easy we would love to stay again.

Renting was easy enough. Everything was straight forward and had a keyless checkin

The AC is window units and they were only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. You couldn't sit on the loveseat and watch tv because the window unit was above your head. The back window is large and have no coverings (this didn't bother me but did my sister). The floors were dirty. It was nice to have linens in the home and the home was cozy and a nice place. The property is a nice place. The dryer is unbalanced, we wedged a box of dryer sheets between the appliances to keep it steady. The code did not work on the back door. Some of the dishes were not clean when we pulled them out of the cabinet. I would stay there again though, it was a pretty little home. Beautiful views, nice location, and easy to get to many places from this location.
