Nice and Quiet!
5/5 We met Mike, the owner upon our arrival. It was wonderful to meet him. He was helpful and he provided us with an overview of the town and recommendations on where to get food. The place was nice and quiet. One thought: just look out for deer in town, when driving, there are lots of them!

Golf long weekend
4/5 The property was close proximity for us to play golf rather than staying in a hotel giving us room to move and function. Nice quiet country setting. We played Draper Valley, Great Oaks and Auburn Hills. No course more than :30 away. Wish we could have enjoyed more of the property. Probably played too much golf

Mtn. Home
5/5 We spent a week here while preparing to enroll a freshman into VTech. The area is beautiful. We found the home clean and comfortable and convenient. VTech is about 23 miles, Redford College about 10. Mike is super responsive to questions about the area and is a great host. We will definitely be back if we find the need a place to stay in the area again.

After unpacking, we packed back up and left
1/5 This trailer is dirty, and does not have all of the things you need, such as a first aid kit and blow dryer. We threw the comforter in the washer as soon as we got there, because it was filthy. Hair on the toilet hair in the tub and the rug in the kitchen was covered in hair. At that point we said this is not for us, and we packed back up and left.

- We apologize if your experience was not as expected. It's important to clarify that our policy allows only one dog per booking, and you brought four. Unfortunately, one of your dogs urinated on the comforter you mentioned washing. While we were open to accommodating your stay, you decided to depart while we were discussing the matter with Evolve.
- We do provide a first aid kit and a hair dryer for the convenience of our guests.
