Upon ck in, the code WAS NOT the last four digits of my phone number. Had to call, given another code, it did not work. They called back with yet another code and finally was able to get the keys out of the lock box. The home had no toaster, we had to borrow from a friend who lives in Hampton. Smoke detector went off, which set off the ring security fire system, did not have the code to shut that down. Dispatchers from ring called through the ring security system to make sure everything was okay so they didn't send the fire department. Called guest host, they did not know the code, had to make several phone calls to get us the code, finally was told the code was the same as the door lock. Was finally able to shut down the alarm. Cleaning people need to do a better job, dog hair all over the couch, trash under the coffee table, windowsills once we put the blinds up were dirty, the inside of the oven was dirty.. The house has several things that are damaged, be sure to take pictures so you don't get charged for it. I took pictures and sent them to the guest host. We also took video upon check out to show that we did the cleaning that needed to be taken care of. Also in description of Wi-Fi in the check-in States the information would be inside the unit, it was not had to call and get that information. No book or anything for guests to know what's in the area IE restaurants shopping gas stations tourist information. For the amount of money that we are being charged to stay for 3 days the repairs to the front door where it looks like somebody tried to bust through could be taken care of the weak spot in the floor between the front room and kitchen could be fixed the broken blinds could be replaced. Also the trash cans outside were overflowing they had to send somebody to empty them which shows that the cleaning people did not put trash can to the road upon them being done. Would I recommend this house, if they did the repairs and the information was correct in the email, and the information in the unit for security purposes for the alarm systems Maybe. At this point I would say I would not rent home again. Hopefully the owners of this home gets the information about what is going on in the house.
