Excellent Birthday Weekend!
5/5 My husband booked this house for our long weekend getaway to celebrate my 60th birthday. I fell in love with this house. The location was perfect! It is a quick walk to the downtown area and river park. The house is very clean and well-appointed. We plan on booking here again over the summer. Our son, daughter-in-law, and 10 month old joined us for a night and we all had a great time exploring the area.

Great little home
5/5 The house is in a great location as it’s one block away from Caroline Street. The house clean and well maintained. It has a cute backyard. The couches are so comfortable. The upstairs is warm as stated in other reviews but nothing too uncomfortable. If you are a light sleeper beware the street noise in the evening (people walking home for a night out) can be loud and heard inside the house and from the upstairs bedrooms.

Wonderful Fredericksburg Stay
5/5 We had a great time in this home for our long weekend stay in Fredericksburg! The house is absolutely adorable. The bedrooms were lovely, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the areas for hanging out and eating were perfect. It is very nicely decorated with plenty of attention to detail. The back yard is beautiful! The location in downtown couldn't have been any better! All communications with the rental company and the local contacts were professional with quick responses. I would definitely recommend this house for your stays in Fredericksburg. We will be back!
