  Location is perfect, loft is awesome with history of old building. Town of Bristol is so nice.Modern inside, nice kitchen. Great Gathering place!Upstairs shower had previous guests things inside. Downstairs shower had no hot water. Lots of steps, can't open living room blinds. Stains on some bedding, Master Bedroom (has no windows) art is disturbing. (Mad wolf above bed) Overall its a very nice place, just needs some attention to detail for a comfortable guest stay.

We've taken immediate steps to resolve the situation by hiring new housekeeping staff and replacing all the bedding. We maintain consistent availability and if you had alerted us to these concerns during your stay, we would have immediately resolved them and gladly provided a partial refund of your rental fees instead of discovering the concerns later in this review.
  - We recognize that there is a concern with the low water pressure. Although it's been challenging to schedule a specialist for the repairs, guests can rest assured that it's a priority of ours to address.
  - Regarding your feedback about the stairs, our property description provides clear information about this issue so guests are fully aware of the matter before confirming their stay.
  - We understand that our perspective on our artwork is different from yours as everyone has their own unique taste and opinions. All of the art in the loft is curated by young local artists in the area in an effort to promote & support their talent. Many guests have enjoyed it and we have never received any complaints about them before.

• Excellent property and location in Downtown Bristol

  The space is amazing! It was perfect to host our friends and family visiting throughout our daughter's wedding weekend in Bristol. The property is well appointed and very convenient to local restaurants, activities and hotels for other guests.Stephanie was quick to respond to all our questions. I would highly recommend the property!

  Great place. Beautiful with everything you could want. Very spacious, great baths and kitchen and location is great to walk to everything. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable.

• Short Christmas trip

  We enjoyed being so close to everything. We walked to just about everything- breweries, restaurants, ice cream… we also enjoyed the Christmas lights at the speedway. Very organized and my grandson loved the rides at the end of the lights. The condo was very nice!
