We really enjoyed our visit! The apartment was clean, and stocked. Check in instructions were spot on. We ran into the couple who live in the attached house. They also communicated via text upon our arrival to make sure all was well. They were very nice and happy to do whatever they could to make our stay great. Grocery store is literally right around the corner. I would not recommend this unit for more than two people. It's somewhat close quarters, but comfortable, clean, quiet and seems to be safe. Thanks for a great weekend stay!!

This property is clean; warm; comfortable; and convenient to Bristol, Johnson City, and Kingsport. We enjoyed the quiet and historic neighborhood and the neighborhood kitties were friendly to our pup. I would definitely stay here again.

This is your perfect bungalow for a weekend or more in Bristol. Two rear parking spots. The road you think "cannot be the alley entrance" is... LOL. The tight alley way brings you back to two spots. The owner checked in with us about the temperature that the heat was set on and was very nice. Never heard the other portion of the home. I cannot recommend this enough!
