The apartment is part of the main house and we could hear noises of the residents. It is older and had a 'musty' smell to it so we kept the windows open while we were there to air it out. We also had to call the owner to bring us some hand towels and wash cloths. Not sure why the 3rd party company, 'Evolve', I have always dealt directly with VRBO. Overall it was a good place to stay.

This is a exceptional apartment within walking distance of the restaurants and major attractions surrounding State Street. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The hosts are close by but not intrusive. I highly recommend booking this property for your next visit to Bristol!

We really enjoyed our visit! The apartment was clean, and stocked. Check in instructions were spot on. We ran into the couple who live in the attached house. They also communicated via text upon our arrival to make sure all was well. They were very nice and happy to do whatever they could to make our stay great. Grocery store is literally right around the corner. I would not recommend this unit for more than two people. It's somewhat close quarters, but comfortable, clean, quiet and seems to be safe. Thanks for a great weekend stay!!
