  Property was exceptionally clean and check in was easy (we were even able to move our time up a little). Because this property is on the bottom floor, we did hear the children of the family above us running back and forth in the evening.

  We were kinda of confused on the place as we thought it was a house. We had no idea that we had people above us in another unit. We could hear them walking and when they flushed the toilet it was like a waterfall sound. The TV sucked. They don’t get many channels. When we went to put the towels in the washer we found that there were already some in the washer and we have no clue how long they were in there. They smelled really bad. When we first got there the master bedroom had a door to the patio and it was wide opened. Sleeping in the master bedroom all you hear all night is the street behind the unit. It was close to things and some of the views were very nice!!

  - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your stay didn't meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
  - The listing calls it a condo, but it does call it your “home away from home” and maybe that wording led you to think it was a house.
  - We are sorry about the noise from upstairs and wish you had reached out during your stay. We would have promptly responded and been more than happy to address your concerns.
  - Most of our guests have a portable TV plan or watch things on the Internet. We are sorry that it did not meet your expectations.
  - We followed up with our cleaning team after hearing your feedback and they sincerely apologize for the oversight. To show good faith, they have authorized a partial refund of the cleaning fee.
  - We were surprised to hear your comment about the patio door. Our practice is to always lock the condo after it is cleaned, we will take steps to ensure that this does not recur.
  - Although this is something outside of our control, we're truly sorry that the noise from the city traffic had a negative impact on your stay.

  Very satisfied happy with everything clean, roomy, enough seating in front room and kitchen. Nice location, nice view!
