It was a disappointment 😔 as soon as we walked in the porch, lot of debris and dead birds, entry door with spider webs... As we opened the door to that cabin... Center table in the living room was greasy and lots of dust all over the cabin... Coffee maker was dirty and coffee filter was left full of coffee grounds.... Some of us stay in the living room, we didn't want to use the beds because a bug started to crawl up in my husband's arm... For the ones that used the beds.. we're not comfortable.. nobody was able to sleep... We didn't leave right away because started to rain hard... But we checked out the very next morning... For the owner of this cabin... If you want to make business you need to bring this cabin up to standards.. this was unacceptable.. electric Fireplace not working.. no Internet to do any work... mattress are old and stained... No blankets on the beds...poor lights in all de bedrooms.. the carpet on the stairs needs upgrade... Please check your cabin before guests arrives... The porch was filthy and crowded... You don't need so many things... Just chairs for people to relax and enjoy the view. The grill outside needs a good cleaning.... You have a beautiful cabin and you can do better than this.

Overall it was great but the oven didnt work and a repair person couldnt come out so all the food we had couldnt get cooked. Other then that it was a great stay and getting ahold of the manager was not a problem. House is a bit noisey as you can hear every foot step. But we did have a good time

From the owner: "Thank you for your feedback, Mr. Warren. We are so sorry that the oven broke down and that you could hear your steps while walking. Wood cabins tend to be a bit more noisy than a city dwelling. We will work harder at setting the right expectations for our listing. During your stay, we reached out to 7 companies for repair, but everyone was closed for the weekend. We have already purchased an extra countertop convection oven for our guest as an alternative, should this ever happen again. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are glad that you enjoyed everything else and that you had a good time in Duck Creek Village. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to serving you in the future."
