Comfortable family home
4/5 We stayed in the home for a month, so we had lots of time to enjoy the neighborhood. It's a scenic location with a "flight park" at the end of the street (10 min walk) where parasails and hang gliders take off. Very scenic, great destination rental. A 10 minute walk the other direction is another foothills scenic park with a kids play area and a tennis court. The house is spacious and comfortable, nice fenced yard. It's nice that this property rental is the whole house, no other tenants. Enjoyable kitchen with good appliances and bathrooms with good showers. Not the best assortment of kitchen pots and things, but it's passable. Some of the furniture needs updating, and could use some additional touches like night stand lamps and towel bars, those things matter more when staying for a month, but my family was comfortable in the house. Lawn service took care of the outside twice while we were there.
