    Beautiful view overlooking the lake and nice neighborhood. The property contact was responsive to our needs. However, Evolve was the third party manager and clearly advertised access to the community pool in the listing. The property contact stated this was in error and we did not have access. Be aware the listing may not be accurate. As other reviews have mentioned, the a/c really struggled to keep the house cool. We realize it's extremely hot outside and appreciate the a/c can't always keep up, but curtains and standing fans would have made a big difference. The listing was clear the internet was spotty so we were aware. However, it was extremely slow. Do not plan on streaming shows or doing work on wi-fi. There were other minor issues that will be shared with the property contact that could have improved our stay, but are easy fixes if done.

    - We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Guests do not have access to the community pool and we have since followed up with Evolve to ensure this is removed from our listing so future guests are not caught off guard.
    - We were unaware of any issues or concerns during your stay with the AC. We have since had a technician come to the property to further look into your concerns, the filters were changed and it was determined that there were no other issues found and the AC is working correctly.
    - As you mentioned, we do advertise that although there maybe wifi, the internet can be spotty due to the location of the property, but we're sorry to hear this had a negative impact on your stay.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

    Hi Prasamsa, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
    - We strive to provide our guest with a great guest experience so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to take a moment to address your concerns.
    - We know how important communication is to our guests before and during their stay so we were surprised to hear this comment, had we received any communication we would have promptly responded and been more than happy to help.
    - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered during check-in. We have since followed up with Evolve to ensure the correct access codes have been updated so our future guests do not share the same experience.
    - We use a cleaning service to have the home professionally cleaned prior to each guest arrival and can assure you the only reason why the property manager was still at the property upon your arrival was due to the unforeseen plumbing issue that occurred outside under the downstairs balcony prior to your arrival but was addressed and taken care of to ensure it did not negatively impact yours or our future guests stay. The stairs were wet, as the entire deck area on all three floors and side of the house had been pressure washed to remove dirt, bugs etc to prepare for your stay. To make up for the inconvenience we extended a late check-out of two hours.
    - As is standard in the vacation rental industry we provide our guests with the basic essentials which include one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, however, should our guests need additional we do have additional stocked in the laundry area. As for the bag of linens, a guest from your group had requested additional linens to accommodate for the children, but we're sorry if that was not communicated to you.
    - We were unaware of any issues with the grill, but will follow up with our maintenance team to further investigate.
    - Our property offers two dishwashers, the floor where our grill is located has an entirely separate full kitchen with fully functioning appliances, and where we apologize that one of the dishwashers was not functioning because we were aware that the dishwasher fuse had blown in the past we delivered plenty of disposable dishes and cutlery to avoid any issues with the dishwasher.
    - All bedrooms have ceiling fans with lights in addition to bedside lamps, we will follow up with our Guest Contact to ensure all bulbs are working.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
