The listing pictures capture the inside of this home and its furnishings very nicely. The outside yard wasn't as nice and green as pictured but it is hard to stay green in the heat of Texas summers. It was nice having a garage to put our vehicle in to get it out of the sun. This was also handy for unpacking and packing the car. The location was great for shopping and eating out. We also found the location to be in a good area to walk around. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck to have a beverage and snack.
The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, cookware, and other basic essentials. It was nice having a big refrigerator with water and ice in the door. We also found the deck in the living room very handy.
There are USB charging ports in many of the lamps which were very handy. In addition, there are night lights in several locations which we really liked not having to turn on lights to get around the house at night.
The Good: Location of this house was great. Property pictures very accurate. House was clean and kitchen well stocked with essentials. The bad: The A/C could not keep up with the outside heat. We set Thermostat to 76 and by 4 pm the inside temp would be low 80's. By bedtime, the temp was thankfully okay. There is a RV parked in back that has a blue led light string which made it very difficult to enjoy the back patio due the light hurting our eyes and causing headaches.

Michael, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your feedback and want to address your concerns.
- During your stay the outside temp was 108 degrees, however, we have since looked into your concerns and the AC has been serviced.
- There is a fenced-off RV pad in the back, and although nobody should have been in the camper, it has since been removed.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The house is nice but we had no tv service the whole time it said no wifi connection and it was 83^ degrees during the day. Lucky we each bedroom had ceiling fans or we would have had to leave. Don't except to use the bbq grill it is filthy and had a cheeseburger left on it.
