5/5 This is a nice home, well appointed, and in a great quiet neighborhood, with an amazing backyard up against the golf course, which is very nice to sit on the patio and watch.One note about this home - is that it is exactly the way it was 40 years ago! From the furniture to the appliances... It is very comfortable, but reminds me of my great -grandparents home! Which isn't a bad thing - but, it is a bit of a shock to be staying in such a place. I actually had fun using the electric Percolator! Brought back memories!

Lovely Home with great backyard facing golf course
4/5 This home was a perfect stay for us, clean, comfortable and great location.
The home is a bit dated, in terms of interior furnishings, appliances, etc - reminds me of my great grand parents home and lifestyle! But, it was fine for us, and I even had fun trying out the old coffee percolator!
Quiet area

Happy House Stay
5/5 We came into town for the JBBA Nationals for the week. The Happy House was a great location for us and our family. We loved sitting out on the back porch and watching the deer on the golf course. JoAnne was great at communicating with us and we throughly enjoyed our stay.
