Overall nice, but dirty bed
3/5 Mostly enjoyable stay, however, when we were going to bed the first night, we pulled back a dirty comforter to find the sheets were also dirty with glitter, hair, and dirt. Emailed the property manager who did not reply and we had to wait up until after midnight to wash and dry the sheets before we could get into bed. Texted the property manager the next day who apologized and said she overlooked my email but would leave something on the porch for us…this never happened. Texted the property manager again before checking out, but never heard back from her which was disappointing. We are not one to leave bad reviews, but these things should never have happened.

Convenient LBK House in a Quiet Neighborhood
5/5 Nice, clean home on a quiet street about 10 minutes from Texas Tech campus. We had a nice, 2-night stay for a football weekend. Everything went smoothly!
