Cancelled and wasn’t notified
1/5 After arriving at the property at 11pm with my 2 small children from out of state, we walk into a house that’s dirty and recently used. Take out food everywhere. All the beds are slept in, including one with blood on it. Tried calling our Evolve rep and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Finally was notified that my reservation was cancelled but I never received anything about it. Got an email 2 days prior telling me to “Get ready for Houston.”No real resolution. Ended up getting my money back and stayed in a hotel.
