  Good place for active family. If you have any older family members, there are interior stairs to consider. Generally clean but not as clean as a 295 cleaning fee would warrant. Beds were not super comfortable but living space and kitchen were great. We love staying in this area of the island and have been doing for years. This place was on par with other properties in the area. We would stay here again.

  Nice home! All of us read reviews before coming and knew some of the extras too bring just in case. For example Tee/cup towel there was still only one. Outside trash bags is one I would recommend along with fly and mosquito repellent, outside trash cans were overflowing with flies and ants all over. Apparently trash was missed due to holiday however neighbors on both sides had empty trash cans that were sitting out on driveway. Beach was a 3 minute walk however get ready for more steps on both sides. I would recommend wearing a cheep pair shoes to go the beach there were pieces of tar/oil in the sand & seaweed and due to the heat would get all over your feet. Overall we had a good time and made some good memories!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND POOL accommodations. Didn’t find that out until after the fact you have to drive to that location not convenient at all MORE STEPS and lots of them. We were told by security that we had to have armbands on before we looked around so we went in and got them. When walking around we found that the bar, restaurant and gift shop were under renovations still. We then found out that you had to drive another mile down the road for the lazy River and other pool. When getting there they had a pool but don’t expect a lazy River like the picture you will be highly disappointed. Again no restaurant or drink facility so plan on taking everything with you if you get thirsty. Needless to say we did not do any of there pool accommodations.

• Beautiful location- comfortable stay

  We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this home. Comfortable place for up to 8 people. Beds are very firm so some of our group had poor sleeps. Beautiful decks with comfortable furniture on the decks. Only one tea towel for doing dishes. Asked for more but never received this. For those who are checking in- please note this went well but there was never any clarity on the fact that you would need to go to the organization offices to get parking passes and to pay the extra. Money to allow you to have access to the pools and club house. I gave lower score for cleanliness because when we arrived there were crumbs on the table and dust bunnies on the floors in some of the rooms. There were dishes for 5 people- not sure there would have been enough for 8 people. Lovely easy walk to beach!

• Comfortable home - very close to the ocean - nice extras

  We were 5 people staying for 3 nights. Place was lovely for 5 people - could have fit 8 fairly easily. Nice decks, beds are extra firm - so some of the group had difficulty sleeping. Lovely kitchen/dining area/deck areas! Loved views from decks. Comfortable deck furniture. Easy walk to the beach - which was hard to determine prior to arriving.

  About 1/2 a block to one of the walk ways that looks like a bridge over swampy/grassy area and lands on the beach. Lovely easy walk. Paid the extra money to use the pool/deck areas - thought that it was worth the money - as having heated pools to use - was a nice touch in the winter months and early May. Clarity in the listing would have been nice - we were unsure if we had already got this feature from renting the listing... NOPE - it was extra - so keep that in mind when you are booking. I would have given even higher review except for a few reasons. The table still had crumbs on it and there were dust bunnies under beds and behind doors. The cleaning fees at this place are pretty high - didn't feel like it was completely cleaned. Only had one tea towel to use for the 3 plus days of making meals. I let the organization know but nothing was done to increase our tea towel situation. With 5 of us - towels ran out quickly - but we just washed them again. We were told there would be washing supplies at the site - but there was only enough for a partial load - thank goodness one person in our group had brought some washing laundry detergent. There was no welcome package inside the home when we arrived (which was alluded to in description of place). After a few texts I realized we needed to go to the main office to get the package which included our parking passes, a map of the place, hours of the amenities and the wrist bands which we needed to get into the 2 pool areas. Please note this was not included in the rental - it was an additional fee. The office is only open certain hours - so would be nice if that was clearly stated. We got directions to our home (which were excellent) but the additional resort information that I expected inside the rental was only available at the office- we were told to google the office location - so we had to try plugging in google - which took us to the wrong place - finally found other guests to ask and found our way to the offices and got the information we needed.
