wish the bed in the master was newer and comfortable
4/5 the grass needed to be cut on the entire property. the bed in master bedroom was not comfortable and it's old. I was pleasantly surprised on how cool the upstairs was. the home is beautiful but the living room furniture, the couch is worn and smells dirty. they had it ready, the AC on and relaxing music was on the TV upon entering the home which was very nice! please replace the couch and beds. everything else was wonderful. I'd definitely give it a 5 star rating if not for the bed and couch.

The mattress is a Posturepedic mattress and a very comfortable one as it is made out of memory foam and gel-infused visco which provides extra cushioning. The couch has been cleaned after your stay. We will look into your concerns with the landscaping.
