3/5 The overall location of the house is not ideal. It’s located right off the entrance ramp to the interstate. None of the lights in the kitchen worked except the stove light. The house is on an evaporative cooler so it’s hot, and when it does finally cool off, it’s humid. The house is beautifully decorated, however. And the owner was very communicative and responsive to everything.

Hi Loraina, thanks for taking the time to review your stay. After reading your feedback, the homeowner wanted to share the following:
- The central location of the house has been a plus for many of our guests, as they have easy access to the I-10 and any area of interest within a few minutes. It sits across from a shopping mall and many restaurants; the airport, military base, university, hospitals, and the downtown area are close by.
- We've double-checked, and all the kitchen lights are in working condition. The kitchen light switch is on the living room side of the wall. We wish we had been informed about this during our communication in residence.
- Evaporative coolers are common and effective in El Paso due to the dry weather. Because of this year's unusual extreme heat wave, we installed two mobile A/C coolers that cool the house well. When we sent you a message explaining how to operate the evaporative cooler and A/C units, we didn't receive a response.
- Our ultimate goal is to ensure a satisfying experience for every guest, and we encourage open communication to address any concerns or questions promptly. We sincerely wish you had reached out to us during your stay so that we could have made your visit more comfortable.
