There were many issues with this house.We arrived to the rental where the heat was broken, three lights were out, one of the couch cushions was just a regular pillow stuff inside the couch cushion over, the 1/2 bath toilet never worked and overflowed the first time someone tried to flush it, there is a King size listed in the master, but it's only a queen, the kitchen didn't have dish washer soap or a spray bottle/cleaner to whip the counters down. The owner/property manager was sending people to fix things without communicating to us so there was random men who had the code to our house and were just coming and going. The one time someone came to fix the light, they forgot a ladder, so they would do it the next day, but that light never got fixed. When we addressed it with the owner, they acted like it was our fault that the miscommunication for the repairs happened and took no responsibility, other than " I am sorry you feel that way".

- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, we provide a starter amount of toiletries and other essentials, and once that amount is out, it's typical for the guest to purchase more supplies.
- I, as the homeowner am not listed as the guest contact. I do apologize for how our Guest Contact handled the situation. I have since spoken with our Guest Contact to ensure these issues don't happen again. Your safety is important to us, and I do apologize communication lacked, as you have every right to know when maintenance is coming and going.
