4/5 Overall our stay in College Station was good. The condo was in a good area for couples, was well stocked, comfortable, and met our needs. The reason I cannot give the rental 5 stars is that the air conditioner was pre-programmed by the owner and during the night, the air was set to 76 degrees. For a two story unit, this means that heat rises and makes the upstairs bedroom unbearable to sleep in. If the air conditioner was not preset, this unit would be a 5/5.

Great Place to Stay
5/5 Extremely satisfied with our stay. Great host, clean townhome, and is close to everything. I highly recommend.
5/5 This apartment is very convenient to campus and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend. We cooked several meals and enjoyed movies on the giant tv. It’s like a theater! Will definitely stay again!

Comfortable stay in College Station
5/5 Great stay! Plenty of pillows! Heads up-Google Maps will take you to the wrong place, it’s one complex over. The complex we went to had the same building and unit number and even had a lockbox, but no video doorbell and the lockbox used letters rather than numbers (as we were told our code was). We arrived around 1 am and upon getting to the wrong location we called the owner number listed in VRBO. She answered right away and was very helpful and patient (especially given the time!). It was very hot when we got there because the thermostat had been left at 85, but it cooled off quickly. The place was clean and comfortable, looks relatively newly updated (new appearance without the smell of fresh work) and I was THRILLED to notice the bathtub had working jets! The only issue we had (other than Google taking us to the wrong place originally) was with the tv. It wasn’t connecting to the internet so I reached out and the owner was very helpful. We got it up and running and discovered the problem had to do with the smart tv updating. As soon as it updated (which was quicker than I had anticipated) it was working perfectly. The condo is super close to A&M. About a 5 min drive and 2 minutes from the nearest Starbucks. There is also an HEB and What-a-burger within 3 min drive. Would definitely stay there again and have already looked into booking it for future upcoming trips!

National Racquetball Tournament - Rosco
