• Amazing Home!

  This home is perfect for a quiet weekend with the girls…really even with kiddos! The game room was awesome for kids, and they had all the essentials for toddlers if you needed it.

  Although we didn’t have the kids and used the back porch more for the peaceful beauty. 6 girls were comfortable in the 3 rooms!

  All lights and drawers were labeled. The kitchen was spacious and had the essentials.

  What a great home to relax and just recharge! The drive into the neighborhood is even fun with the rolling hills.

  Amazing beds and linens, they didn’t skimp on anything.

  The exterior camera on the hot tub felt a bit intrusive, although slightly understandable, it’s quite awkward.

• Family Wedding

  Overall property was well laid out and functional. Cleaniness of inside and play room was poor. We found chip bags and other debris in the house in the couch, under beds, in the dishwasher. There was barely enough paper towels and soap in the bathrooms. But most disappointing were the scorpions that were found in the house. Our son (33) was strung on his foot by a small scorpion requiring us to go to the emergency room. This occurred in front of the over while cooking breakfast. Our last morning we found a large scorpion in the play room. We understand this room is a converted garage, but there is no sealing at the garage door to prevent bugs of this size from entering. Our largest concern the entire trip were the 2 infants we had with us crawling/walking around. We had to be diligent the entirety of our time. And to cap things off the vacuum that was in the house for our use was not appropriate for thorough cleaning. We couldn't vacuum the couch crevices or base board areas good at all each day to help. We liked the property, but soured by the scorpions.Also the entry code we were given did not work. We had to call the Evolve help service to find out the code had been updated. We never received an email notifying us of such.

We are sorry there was trash left over from a previous visit. This, along with a lack of supplies, has been addressed with our cleaning staff during this very busy season. Most importantly, we are very, very sorry to hear about the scorpions. We would never want that for any of our guests. We are extremely sorry your son was bitten. We do have a pest service that has just completed a treatment on the home, but we have reached out to them to treat the home again and specifically address this issue. • Beautiful Rental

  This property is absolutely amazing! A spacious floorplan, tastefully decorated and provides privacy and relaxation. Our family gathered in the Bastrop area for a Memorial Service for a family member. This rental was a perfect retreat for our family during a difficult few days. I would highly recommend the property.
