Owner went the extra mile to take care of us
5/5 The door lock on the unit stopped functioning. Property manager came on site and tried to resolve. When unable to get a locksmith that night, the owner made sure we were taken care of with a place to stay that night -even with our large dog!! Very appreciative of the owner’s actions and approach to take care of us. Lock was replaced the next day and we enjoyed the rest of our stay!!
Views from the condo were amazing and the unit itself was beautiful!

Nice condo
5/5 Perfect location. Beautiful view. Balcony was wonderful. Would have been nice to have some kind of spray cleaner to tidy up more.I would stay there again.

Great location
5/5 Overall best floor plan for my family and dogs! Didn’t have much walking areas outside but not too bad. There was a lot of dust and dog hair but had everything we needed! Perfect memories made!

Vacation in the Smokies
5/5 Everything was great with the condo except several bulbs were blown in the condo. Could have used more towels , but we went out and bought some more and worked out great. We needed more at home anyway. Still had a great time and would reserve again. Everything was clean and tidy. Very quiet also. Would recommend to others to reserve.
