  Glad we found this spot for a quick getaway. It was very clean and convenient to The Island and the new restaurants on Teaster.

  My family of four sisters had a last minute trip to the mountains. We usually rent cabins and this did not disappoint. It was so close to everything. We were one mile from the convention center and less than that from the supermarket. The island (where we spent a lot of our leisure time) was about a mile and a half. We checked other motels and their rates were above $350 and we just couldn’t justify that amount and found this gem at $135 per nite since it was mid week and no weekend days.

  There is a lot of new construction and development around but the studio is still secluded and surrounded by mature trees. It was a nice experience for my sisters and I.

  We will definitely be back.

  The apartment was very cute and very clean! We enjoyed our stay. Check In and out was easy. It wasn’t far from main strip. The few little things we noticed were the ceiling fan in the bedroom made a loud annoying noise we couldn’t sleep with it on. There was like a glue/stain on some of the floors/walls probably from the new wood put in. The only reason we wouldn’t be back is because there was a constant stench outside the landfill/solid waste place is literally right around the corner. Had to cover our noses everytime we went outside. So you can’t really enjoy sitting outside or anything. Otherwise the property itself is great!

Many days, it's unnoticeable that it's in the area. We are fortunate that it’s only one mile from a lot of the action, 3 miles from Dollywood and very convenient to many attractions. We believe it’s a fantastic option for the price, location and the space.
  - We encourage guests to reach out to their guest contact while they are in residence with any issues so that they can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. We did not have the opportunity to rectify any issues as we didn't hear from you. We would have immediately addressed any concerns you may have had during your stay.
