  • Nice cabin in the woods

    Cabin was very nice. It was fairly clean besides a few dirty random cups and snacks laying around ( in window seals and behind a door) from previous renters. The furniture is in bad need if an update. The couch is super hard and the mattress are badly worn and they are not comfortable at all. If you plan to use the pool it is a driving distance away. Cabin is a 30 minute drive from Gatlinburg so you should plan to drive a ways to get to it!

  • More Affordable for Several Reasons

    I’m going to start by saying the cabin is in a beautiful location — but a 30+ minute drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge — or anywhere else you probably want to go! If you’re looking for a rustic, peaceful place, this would be right up your alley!

    The cabin itself is functional — but the two king beds are in pretty rough shape. The one upstairs is U-shaped! The bunk room downstairs is great for kids — or in our case, young adults! The hot tub is great (could use a draining/ deep clean) and we enjoyed it and the pool table.

    The pools are nice — if you can find them! I would highly recommend leaving a paper with directions to the pools on the fridge, as well as maybe sticking a magnet on the pool card and putting it there as well.

    When we had questions, our contact, Dustin was good about answering/ helping quickly. :)

    We had a good week, overall. With a few improvements this place could be really nice — but it will meet your basic needs!

  • Would stay again, hope they do some TLC though

    Overall, We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Our family of 5 enjoyed the property, the pool table (even though its not in perfect condition, my family used it just fine), jacuzzi and great views.

    The bathrooms and kitchen are well maintained and the house was clean, which to me is the most important thing!

    My only drawbacks would be the master bed upstairs (mattress needs replaced badly, very sunk in, not comfortable, almost painful to sleep in) and the kitchen table chairs and couches in family room are a little too worn/broken.

  • Tree top Cabin

    Cozy feel to the cabin yet with lots of space for everyone. Quiet and secluded at the top of the hill but shady spot.

    On site entertainment, loved the pool table, fuze ball, and hot tub.

  • Nice place needs work

    We arrived and the property manager came to replace the front door lock, which was good, but he was not able to tell us how to start the gas fireplace. We were there for three nights during the cold snap with no fireplace. Could not get gas refilled. The living room recliner is broken, the tv remotes in the bedrooms would not change the channels. It’s a nice property but not well cared for. We had a good stay in spite of all the inconveniences.
