We enjoyed our stay. House was well stocked with necessities and loved that there was plenty of towels for everyone. Super friendly neighborhood deer was interesting. Our dog didn’t care for it since it likes to get inside the fence but it was easily and happily lured out of the gate. If you don’t have a dog with you it’s kind of neat to see. It would approach us for pets even.
Only negative is that the notes say there is a king size bed and there really isn’t. Not a huge deal but should be updated. Great place, lots of space and was close to the Black Hills where we were spending our time.

Was a nice stay. Felt like home with the deer and the turkeys. Didn't like that the dishwasher was full of dishes. The trash was pilled up in dumpster in the basement. Had to take other peoples trash out. All we had was one bag of trash. Other than that, it was nice.
Overall cleanliness was not good; didn't use the oven due to hot weather, but oven was dirty; top and bottom of toilets were dirty; left over garbage from previous guests in furniture and under furniture; no ceilings fans and only 2 box fans to help cool the whole house; no one slept well due to the house being too hot; several screens were torn or had holes in them; especially the deck screen - torn with holes. Someone was mowing the grass before 8:00 am Saturday morning when kids were still sleeping. It seems that the grass should have been mowed before we arrived Friday afternoon. Dinnerware was good; however simple kitchen utensils were minimal, knives were dull and there was not a strainer to rinse fruit and vegetables. Pillows in the home were poor quality; one pillow has a stain on it, not sure if it was blood or something else.
The friendly deer in the yard was the best part of this stay.
The property was nice. The grass needed mowed, the pots were not completely clean. The neighbors called the the cops over parking a trailer. We had to deal with other peoples garbage for half a week. There was neighborhood deer that was friendly. The house was unique and plenty of room. A little over priced. For the amount of money we paid I would expected those things to be delt with. Over all we had a good trip.
