• Perfect Family & Friends Getaway

  This lake house is a perfect gem for one family or 2 families or 3-4 couples! The neighborhood is easy to get to (about 30 mins from downtown Clemson) ... so quiet & serene & well maintained!

  The layout of the house is fantastic! The main/upper level opens to a large comfy living room w/roomy dining room & huge kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked! One side of the main level is the primary w/full bath king bed. The other side of the main level has 2 good size bedrooms (queen bed & bunk bed w/full & twin) w/a hallway full bath.

  The main porch enclosed is also on the main level right off kitchen. The porch is very roomy with several sitting areas & overlooks a spacious lawn & the beautiful trees that surround the lake.

  Downstairs is the Best! A very roomy primary w/king & full bath. Across the hall is the Bonus! A full size kitchen - fully stocked - & a huge playroom / sitting area. My family of 5 enjoyed playing darts & ping pong every night. So fabulous to have a 2nd totally separate comfy living room/kitchen.

  The house décor is very BoHo ... simple & true to the outside landscape environment. The beds are all so comfy. Linens & Towels are provided at no extra fee - which was appreciated. There was ample supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, detergent etc.

  Outside there's a lovely fire pit w/several chairs. We didn't use it this time but we did appreciate the full size Weber charcoal grill where my son grilled a perfect brisket!

  We've been renting houses in the area for over 8 years - our son graduated Clemson in '21 & our daughter is graduates in '25. I almost didn't rent because we always enjoy a Lake Hartwell view from the porch ... it wasn't even an issue. The trail to the lake was easy and the dock was in great shape! The lake water level was low but plenty of water to swim & play in - just No Diving! The owners have an inflatable 2 person floatie which was cool but the kids totally loved the 2 SUP's - so did our black lab who enjoyed a few SUP rides when he wasn't swimming after sticks in the lake!

  We really appreciated the dog friendly atmosphere with several large water bowls provided!

  We only had one issue with the Wi-Fi ... I contacted Andy, our house rep, he was so prompt at getting us the answers we needed. I think it was just a small snafu as my other son told me the Wi-Fi was one of the fastest ever. Andy was also great at giving us an early checkin.

• Beautiful Home

  House was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Sad we couldn’t swim or fish off the dock due to the wasps. We rented a pontoon boat for a day in Clemson about 25 minutes away and had the best time.

• Great gathering space

  We had a group of friends gather for a long weekend and we loved the space. It was cleaned and decorated very well. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch. We also did a lot of cooking over the weekend and the kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you could need. The dock was a little bit older than expected but we were still able to enjoy it and the paddle boards. Overall, great experience!

• Enjoyable Family Time

  We had a very enjoyable family trip with family, my elderly mother and mother in law. Especially Enjoyed the screened in porch area. We will definitely return to this home!

  We had an extended stay. The house has a kitchen both upstairs and downstairs. Lots of room for grandparents, kids, and grandkids! The kitchens were well equipped. We loved the place. You will too!
