Hi Teresa, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed your stay didn't fully meet your expectations, and we want to take a moment to address your concerns.
- We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. The internet outage was due to a damaged power line caused by severe weather the night before your arrival. AT&T was working on fixing the problem, and although this was something outside of our control, we're truly sorry this occurred during your stay.
- Regarding the pool, due to heavy pollen residue, we decided to completely drain, scrub, sanitize, and refill the pool, which is a 55,000-gallon process requiring over a week to complete. We communicated the pool was still usable at 3/4 full, but understood you felt it was too cold. It was later determined there was an issue with the multiport gasket, this has since been resolved.
- The ping pong table was temporarily moved and dried off due to a leak caused by the severe storm the day before your arrival. It was available for use after being dried.
- Unfortunately, the storm also caused the paddle boats to break loose from the dock. We offered to retrieve and secure them, but we were informed that you would not be using them. We have since secured the boats for future guests.
- The large burner on the stove not working was a mechanical issue beyond our control, caused by damage from a prior guest and a part had to be ordered to fix the issue.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Great place
