Could be better
3/5 From start it was aggravating! No combination given nor instructions. Had to go all the way back downstairs to get metal key which had to be used to lock the door each time because door combination NEVER worked. No hand towel to dry dishes so had to use some of the billions of napkins they have stocked. Dishwasher pods but no dishwasher (lol). No broom or dustpan to sweep or tidy up as they request before leaving. The tub was stopped up so I had to go buy Drano gel and cleaning supplies to clean the tub out. Toilet flushes slow. Legs on living room chair were unstable. You should purchase hand towel, Tupperware, and maybe not use the bath mat currently in there but it was cute. Otherwise the view was great, loved the overstocked tissue and paper towels. 2 blow dryers and silverware was great!

-"Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We apologize that there were some issues with the door combo. There is a connection issue that we are working to resolve but it should be up and ready by tomorrow.
-We appreciate your suggestion. We will be providing a drying rack for the condo. We will also ask our cleaning team to place the hand towels we provide in a more visible place.
-A broom and dustpan will also be added to the condo. A simple set of Tupperware will also be provided for our guests to use.
-We have contracted a plumber to check out the drains and our furniture manufacturer will be taking a look at the chair legs. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention.
