You get what you pay for
3/5 Room was very clean and descent. Toilet flushed when it got ready. Air worked when it got ready. Someone locked the pool so without a key you can't get in unless someone comes and unlock it. The building across the street amenities were easily accessible with a key card. The view was nice. Beds were comfortable. The table on the balcony was trash. The neighbors were fighting at 3am. Which may us very uncomfortable with my son. Security put a warning ticket on my car because the parking tag was on backwards so make sure they can see the unit number, but they seem to be cool with the neighbors fighting, moving furniture and throwing things over the balcony. All of my issue were addressed by Nicky. She is great at responding. The unit can use some updates but again you get what you pay for!

"Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your suggestions on areas of improvement.
-We are already working with an interior design company to make some improvements to the studio and the balcony furniture will be part of that once we have their full suggestions.
-We're so sorry that the neighbors were making you uncomfortable. That is unfortunate to hear and we will of course bring it up to our HOA board and company so that the security team can do a better job. We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like neighbors and security are simply out of our control.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests."Great view of the ocean considering it’s not right on the water!
5/5 The pictures show just what it is! The owner was super easy to contact and got back to us right away. There were board games in the cabinet for us to enjoy and it smelled super clean when we walked in. We had no problems! Definitely recommend!
