Pleasant and roomy house
5/5 The house was a nice place for my buddy and I on a golf trip. The house is quite clean and the two larger bedrooms, the main upstairs and one in the basement, had comfortable beds and decent pillows.The laundry room was in the basement and the owner provided two detergent pods which was a nice touch. Also, in the basement was an air hockey table and a sitting area with a large tv.Upstairs, the kitchen and adjacent dining/sitting area were comfortable, clean and the owner also provided two dishwasher tabs. There are two smaller bedrooms and a separate bathroom (2 upstairs) and this would be great for 4+ people.The location is close to Irmo, SC but in an area of Columbia that is very quiet. If you like to run, Harbison State Park is very close by as are some running paths in an adjacent neighborhood. The house is about 5 minutes away from some decent restaurants and shopping. There are several decent golf courses nearby and more within a 30-45 minute drive in any direction.We were in touch with the owner during our visit just to say hi and he was a friendly and helpful fellow.

Beautiful and Spacious
5/5 Property was exactly as pictured. Super clean and well appointed. Easy check-in and check-out. Quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Make sure you read the listing carefully though. There are 4 bedrooms but 2 of those rooms only have a twin size bed. So, those were basically unusable for us. Overall it was a great property.
