4/5 It’s not a lot to look at, but this house is a historic, quaint, affordable beachfront home that has been upgraded over the years nicely, Great that everything is provided from paper towels to dishes to sheets to outdoor chairs! Nice double beds are pretty comfortable. Only one small shower/tub/toilet bathroom., but plenty of hot water. Adequate outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach. Beautifully relaxing old time screen porch with seating and porch swing. This downstairs unit does NOT have view of beach because of tall sand dunes but you are literally 20 yards from beach. So convenient! Felt safe and comfortable and relaxed listening to the sounds of the surf! Wonderful friendly easy communication with owner as needed. Highly recommend for a laid back vacation!

Old Charm
5/5 We had a wonderful family vacation. The townhome is old, but beautifully decorated and so inviting. It took me back to my childhood summers at Edisto. Being steps away from the beach and the porch were our favorite things about the house. Check in/out was easy and the host was very kind.
4/5 We were thankful to be able to bring our dogs. Everywhere we went was convenient to get to.The house was clean and had everything that we needed, although a dishwasher would have been nice. We would have loved to have been able to open the windows in order to hear the ocean at night.

2/5 The location is great but the house is old and not updated, definitely smells like pet friendly house. The property is an old 70s house. Not updated since then. Definitely not true to pictures.the ceilings are disgusting and it looks like its falling apart. The host is lovely but the hiuse is just too old and dirty
