Very nice stay
4/5 We come to Myrtle Beach frequently to visit our daughter and her family, usually bringing one or more of our grandchildren with us to play with their cousin. This house fit the bill perfectly. It is just as described. The floors were VERY clean. Some of the kitchen utensils, such as the toaster, etc, could use a good cleaning, but that was a small thing. We settled in easily and it worked out perfectly. The neighbors were very nice, and we had no trouble finding the home. It is on a septic system, as many are in the subdivisions, so just be aware of your water usage. It filled while we visited, but there was no mess to the home, just a few bubbles that we noticed in the main bathroom. A quick email to our Evolve contacts, and the pumper truck came out quickly to remedy the issue. Other than that little blip, our stay was wonderful. The kitchen is very well stocked with tools, there are lots and lots of hangers in the very nice sized closets. We will definitely be renting this home on our next visit to Conway.
