Needs some TLC
3/5 Pros: owner/manager very responsive and prompt to any issues.
Close to restaurants and bars
Perfect place for younger people
Negatives: apartment was not comfortable for 4 people. Not enough seating space in living area.
Minimally decorated/felt like a dorm suite
Hallway was a bit sketchy, again think dorm.
Loud, loud, loud! Like I said above close to bars…..kids screaming/cars screeching until 3am

4/5 CONS : THE OUTDATED ELEVATOR THAT WAS A BIT BIT UNEASY,ONCE GETTING OUT OF ELEVATOR MY FLOOR REEKED OF URINE AND THE DOOR TO PROPERTY SEEMED A BIT SKETCHY AND ON THE FIRST NIGHT I HEARD SOMEONE SCREAMING EXTREMELY LOUD OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY WHICH WAS UNSETTLING. PROS : CLOSE TO MY DESTINATION OF TRAVEL DURING DURATION OF MY STAY, HAS A DECENT SEASONING SELECTION FOR COOKING,CLOSE TO SMALL SHOPS,BARS,PLACES TO GRAB A BITE AND GROCERY STORE. RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN GARAGE AND GARBAGE CHUTE ON SAME LEVEL OF UNIT NEXT TO ELEVATOR

Great Location, New, Clean, Comfortable
5/5 This condo is a great get away right in the heart of Columbia. New, clean, well-appointed (everything from shampoo to coffee). Extra linens and towels and very responsive mgr. Easy to check in and out with lockbox and parking in garage. Corner unit with lots of light and windows. Would definitely stay here again!
