Disappointed
2/5 Lots of trash in the yard and in various spots throughout the neighborhood.. House had various minor problems that added up to being unsatisfactory. Major tems needed attention dining rooms chairs were very wobbly and toaster oven both unusable, and the entrance keypad was loose consequently we were concerned that we would not be able to get back in. Worse the owner did not answer any phone calls or emails.

5/5 This was a very cozy home. The movie room was very cute. The owner was extremely professional and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this rental property, especially for pet owners.
Disappointed
2/5 Three days before the trip we received paperwork from the owner that at the top stated it had to be turned in two days before the trip [while his instructions said to bring the paperwork with you]....Called the owner to get some clarity - voicemail was full. Called the rental community and they said they needed nothing from us - rather they needed that paperwork from the owner... But they had my name so they let us into the gated community when we arrived. Upon check-in, we noticed many problems with the unit - damaged/broken: pans, cabinet doors, curtain rods, toaster oven, light bulbs, dining room chairs, the entrance door keypad-lock assembly...dirty towels and utensils, couldn't find the 5 community passes that would allow us to use the community facilities [ we did eventually find two in a kitchen drawer]. Also there were 3 trash cans in the yard that were already knocked over with trash spilled onto the yard [this was a problem throughout the community]. Sent three emails to the owner asking him to fix the door keypad and provide the promised passes - No response from the owner. I could add more items to my list of disappointments but these are the major ones.
Otherwise the space itself was ok.
Bad terrible and horrible experience
1/5 I did the reservation. We arrived to the place but I had to return home because the owner has some issues to solve with the house and our access to the gated community was denied. The owner didn’t answer the calls or texts. I had to return to my house that same day without even seeing the house/property. I DONT’T RECOMMEND THAT PROPERTY.

Weekend
5/5 Had a great stay. Some garbage outside, probably had been hiding under the snow. House wasn't spotless, but in very good condition. We had a great time. Great location with many interesting places within a 20 minute drive.
