Pros outweighed any Cons we experience so I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
Pros:
-Very cool house with pool table and games downstairs. Lots of deer and wildlife running around.
-Super close (like less than 10 mins) to Tobyhana State Park which is awesome for boat rentals, picnics, & hiking.
-Okay location in the HOA. Lake Dresser is closest with a boat/kayak launch, charcoal grills, picnic tables, and a dog park! No sand/beach area.
-There was another lake in the main entrance area but it was the same distance to the state park so we went to the state park instead (no fees to enter the state park).
-All electronics and Wi-Fi in the house worked well and were easy to use.
-Fire Pit was a nice touch.
*Warning: There are Bears in the area so don't leave car doors open or food outside!
Cons:
-The outdoor seating area is over gravel. Not a bad thing but a wood deck would make this place perfect.
-No grill (but I brought my camp grill)
-AC in main area works well but bring a fan if you can cuz the upstairs rooms can run a little warm in the summer heat.
-The HOA people at the front desk were unorganized and didn't save the information I had emailed over with the HOA payment via the phone. This is not the properties fault but was very annoying and delayed us getting into the house by about an hour.
