Canadensis is the "heart" of Poconos and is host to a number of attractions outdoor enthusiasts will love. During the summer, go hiking in Promised Land State Park just 6.4 miles away. Lake Wallenpaupack is 16 miles away and poses as the perfect setting to soak up the sun as you swim and boat in the freshwater lake.
The Promised Land State Park and lakes are just 10 minutes up the road, while outlet shopping and the Mount Airy Casino are 20 minutes away.
During the winter months, make the 40-minute drive to Camelback Ski Resort to traverse the mountain landscape. If you work up an appetite from all of the activities, savor a meal at The Greentown Grill just 10 minutes away.
Waterparks, bowling, restaurants, horseback riding and plenty of other family fun can be found within 20 minutes of the home. This charming area is also filled with a number of country fairs throughout the year and plenty of fun antique shopping.

Would Stay Again
5/5 The house was easy to find, clean and had all the amenities we needed. I also appreciated the easy check in and the reasonable check out requirements. We enjoyed the wraparound porch, kitchen essentials and game room, which was of course the kids favorite space and a nice surprise Would defnity stay again when in the area.

Cute house. Very clean.
5/5 The house was very clean. The king bed was like sleeping on a cloud. They provided some snacks, tea, paper towels and toilet paper. Clean towels and linens. Only dislike was there was no cable TV. I didn't mind but my husband wasn't happy. Football table was a little broke but not an issue. I also liked that it was only 10 minutes from a supermarket and The Greentown grill. Cute house. I would definitely rent again.

Very nice cottage for family gathering
4/5 We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, had essential items we needed and we really liked the floor plan. The owner left snacks, drinks and some toiletries for us which was a nice touch. We gathered together on first floor for meals and board games, Plus in the basement for ping pong and fuse ball. (The fuse ball table had some previous damage but was able to still be used. )The only thing unclean was the gas grill. We had to clean off a lot of grease before using. The only other problem was the tv was not working but when I called the property manager, he Sent someone to the house within a short time and made sure the tv Was fixed.
