Beach trip
3/5 To summarize the positives I would say the property was a good distance from both the beach and town and very walkable. The check-in process was easy, the space nicely accommodated the size of our gathering, and the amenities were well suited to the teenagers in our group.
The negatives, however, were considerable and in summary the property gives the feeling of a run-down rental that seems not to register as a high priority to the owners. This was also confirmed by the “cleaner” who responded to some of our messages during our stay. Couches in the main living area where the one and only TV was mounted were covered haphazardly with quilts laid over couch covers, there were seemingly live wires with no end caps protruding from a wall and maybe a light was mean to be wired there? Laundry area was barely holding on to its track, the air hockey table wiring was loose and initially inoperable. Some cupboard door faces were barely hanging on and the there were patchwork repairs and unfinished “upgrades” evident throughout the home. One window was missing a screen and there was no screen door on the other side of the glass sliding door making airflow nearly impossible. Lastly, the windows were deplorably grimey in both the front room and small dining area
In summation, this rental was certainly not worth the rates we paid and as also noted by the cleaners, has a long list of much needed repairs & maintenance to be performed. We would not rent again.

Great owner, very clean
5/5 The property manager didn't return any calls. We had a problem with the garage door, called the door people and they contacted the owner. He couldn't have been nicer. He took care of the problems and even sent us pizza!

Fun stay close to the beach
5/5 We had a great time! The house was very clean and had lots of toys, pack n play, and other stuff for the kids which was nice for our little ones. A short (5 min) walk to the beach and promenade, and it was so fun to be able to walk into town on the promenade at least once every day. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub (small but still lovely). Seaside is a great spot for family vacation with the carousel, huge bubbles and swings on the beach, and so much space on the sand for playing and walks and everything.
Memorial weekend
5/5 I was a bit disappointed you didn’t have a mixer or a blender. Also seems to have a lot of aunts. There was some crawling on the couch and on the counter. The beds had dog hair. But it was a clean home overall. Loved the backyard.

5/5 The house was really nice. It was a lot farther into town than i thought. so did not like the location. Overall was a good stay.
