Nice decor. Nicely equipped. Comfortable. Shower is nice, beds are comfortable, but both are high off the floor, bring a stool. Two blocks down and two blocks toward the ocean to get to the beach. Near the grocery. Nice gas fireplace. Nice kitchen
CONS: Blue home next door is a bit scary. There are 2 structures next door on the scary side. Other neighbors' home looked attractive. We stayed mid week, and lots of street noise early in the a.m. There was no kleenex or lotion, but there was shampoo and coffee.
The owner called us-- we mistakenly thought checkout was noon, until cleaning lady showed up at 11:45, and we were out within 15 mins. Owner said the cleaning lady was charging him 60-70 dollars per hour while she waited for us. I felt bad about that, and tho it was my mistake for overstaying, I won't choose this rental again because of that.
